An Employee-centered DE&I Strategy
To ensure Ziff Davis’ DE&I efforts best serve our employees, their input and participation drives DE&I strategy, programs, and external partnerships. Employees guide the Ziff Davis Diversity Council, a diverse group of 20 employees who develop recommendations for the company across employee recruiting, mentorship, and advancement, take direct action in partnership with HR teams by joining Committees on DE&I initiatives, and ideate new ways to use our platforms to further racial equality. Ziff Davis has five executive-sponsored Employee Resource Groups, aligned with the Asian, Black, LGBTQ+, and Latinx/Hispanic communities, and a Women’s Leadership Program, to increase opportunities for networking, learning and development, and access to senior leadership for these identity groups.
