Employee Networks

Inovalon’s Employee Networks are voluntary, company-funded, employee-driven groups designed to foster an inclusive workplace. Employee Networks offer associates an opportunity to network and share similar backgrounds, experiences, or interests; to drive allyship; and to educate and build awareness on best practices and leading events to recognize holidays and remembrances.
